  • All clients will receive an email with arrival instructions and contact details 24 hours before their appointment.

    Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time, as the clinic operates by appointment only.

    Parking: There is parking available on the driveway, along with free on-street parking nearby.
    Accessibility: The clinic is situated on the ground floor; however, there is a small step at the entrance.
    Waiting area: Clients should wait in their car on arrival. An email will be sent the day before with a mobile number you can text once arrived.
    Guests and children: Please attend alone unless this has been agreed in advance.

  • Messages are answered during business hours. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response.

    Messages received during treatments, evenings, weekends or holidays may be answered on the next working day.
